A more streamlined website

Improved navigation, easier text search, new tools and capabilities.

Reordered Tabs - We have re-organized the tabs on the home page and in the website navigation bar to reflect a more natural and intuitive organization of our content.
SRO Materials - We have removed the Enforcement tab and created a new tab for SRO regulation. SEC Enforcement Actions can now be found under the Regulation tab.
Resources - We have consolidated the Compliance Centers into a new section called In Focus. Under In Focus click View Topics to see an index of the pages on Governance, Funds, and Auditing compliance. Link directly to the latest Spotlight, and read recent documents of interest under the Paper Trail.
Today's News - In addition to Securities and Fund News, now link directly to the current SEC Daily Digest.

New features

Direct access to the SEC's Daily Digest right from the home page.
Get SEC Release. Launches a universal search of all SEC releases, including press releases, regulatory releases, litigation releases, and SRO rulemaking releases.
Batch Printing and Emailing. The Document Cart allows you to select up to 25 documents from throughout Securities Mosaic and add them to your "cart." Access the Document Cart from any page, and batch print or email everything in your cart or just selected documents. The Document Cart requires a personal account. We can create one for you upon request.

New and consolidated pages

FINRA & NYSE Regulatory Materials

Previously spread across 16 individual search pages, SRO Regulatory Materials now exist on a single page. You can search across all of our FINRA and NYSE data with just one click.
Search by text, date, document type, and document number.
Results will display with the most recently dated item first. Items without a date (Manuals, Rules, Handbook, FINRA Interpretations) are displayed at the end. To include undated items in your search, you must select Time Frame: All Dates.

Securities Laws

Combines the previous US Code, Public Laws, and Public Laws Amendments pages.
Open the tree using the + expanders to view an index of each Act without navigating to a new page.
Create custom documents from the index page or from any set of results.
Search across all of the US Code and Public Laws, or select sections of the Code for a targeted search.
